PaperChill 2.0


We started at the end of 2021 with the mission to free humanity from paperwork. With PaperChill 2.0, we are taking a huge leap forward, together. You now have all the building blocks at your disposal to be able to do your paperwork in a more relaxed manner.



  1. Collect documents:

    1. Every day, users digitize thousands of documents with the scanner function of PaperChill.

    2. Import existing PDFs from Files, Dropbox, etc.

    3. NEW with PaperChill Privatsekretar: have your emails automatically searched for PDFs and have all documents in one place, regardless of whether they come from the Smith carpentry shop or the DMV.

    4. NEW with PaperChill Privatsekretar: you no longer have to start the scanner at the checkout or in the restaurant. Simply take a photo of the receipt. The private secretary recognizes it for you, creates a PDF and displays it in PaperChill.

  2. Manage documents:

    1. Find and organize your documents with the automatic tags (receipt, invoice, contract, remaining stock, fuel, real estate, etc. )

    2. With the full-text search you can also find that one receipt for the broken toaster that you want to exchange in the store.

    3. Since PaperChill recognizes the date correctly, you can search for years, months and days.

    4. NEW: If complicated searches annoy you, you can simply ask the assistant for help. "Find fuel receipts June 2024" and you will have a corresponding list.

  3. NEW Complete tasks:

    1. Ask questions: "Summarize the contract".

    2. "Add 10% tip and divide the total between 4."

    3. Have receipts compiled and added up: "Company car costs for June".

    4. "Tax documents 2023" collects all possible documents and records them in an Excel spreadsheet for you.

    5. "Travel expenses last week" creates a German travel expense report in Excel.

For the first time, PaperChill 2.0 also includes bookable convenience functions as a subscription (photo import, email import, processing of many pages by the assistant). We have tried to find a fair model so that PaperChill remains free and ad-free for those of you who do not have too much paperwork (for example students) and you can pay for more help and time savings, if you choose.
